An Optimized Product-Market Fit Based On Rigorous Influencer Marketing Trials & Meticulously Designed Brand Research.
Over the course of nine months, DMC worked with zelf. to create the foundational brand strategy for the newly minted start-up, run influencer marketing tests and successfully conduct brand research experiments—all in an effort to clarify and sharpen the start-up’s product-market fit.

The creative direction was inspired by bold typography, abstract shapes, and a combination of imagery and illustration. DMC merged the idea of surrealism, today’s use of modern language through iconography and emojis, and quirky vibrant colors led in our phygital world.

Working under constraints, due to limited access to content and creative — in large part due to starting with no key creators or brands onboarded before working with our team — we had to get creative with licensed imagery, animation, as well as custom graphic design.
We still actively advise this company in a Fractional CMO Capacity as well as aid in important sales calls, but no longer manage the website. You can see an updated version of the site at hellozelf.com.

They also just launched their next round of funding this week and are closing in on meeting their goal.
