Rebrand & Create a Campaign Around
Pro-Choice Efforts as Healthcare & Economic Stimulus in an Educational Way.

End the WOW was started as a passion project between the founders of Dos Mundos Creative and Cara Caulkins Communications to activate our combined network to take urgent action & use our skillsets to make a difference. It quickly grew with more incredible leaders quickly joining on & building out this collaboration into a continuous effort.

After Roe vs Wade was overturned, we needed to quickly find a way to spread education around the repercussions of this policy change would mean in traditionally anti-abortion areas of Texas.

Our Collective ran a successful billboard campaign seen by over 3.1Million Texans over the course of 7 days during the 2022 primaries — shifting the conversation around “what is pro-life?” in 25 of the most red & purple districts in the State.

We joined together a group of men & women to take on the “Ending the War on Women (WOW)” – promoting the importance of women’s reproductive rights in Texas and beyond.

 

The Dos Mundos team’s role was go-to-market strategy, media buying & full creative direction, utilizing our team and network we rolled out this important campaign in record time.

A Few Project Highlights:

Within the course of 2 months, just through word-of-mouth within our network, through our combined effort:

  • Grew the group to over 200 executive business leaders in Texas
  • Gained supporters across the nation
  • Grew our core board leadership team to 12
  • Raised enough money to quickly turn around and run the billboard campaign.
  • Released a Pro-Woman Voter’s Guide that was printed out by Texans  & brought into the booths
  • Hosted a sponsored Election Event & had Ally Candidates come to talk to the group
  • Ran a successful billboard campaign seen by over 3.1Million Texans over the course of 7 days during the 2022 primaries — shifting the conversation around “what is pro-life?” in 25 of the most red & purple districts in the State

We look forward to sharing what we have been working on behind the scenes the last few months . Our collective remains vigilant in our effort to take real action — to change the future of equity across the gender spectrum .

Kana's ability to take the story and put it into a concise, easy-to-digest, and catching deck was instrumental in our raise. <That work led to us engaging DMC for nearly a year on all aspects of marketing. Kana and Jane are great strategists who can come in and assess all pieces of your marketing department from social to emails to growth. They know how to be scrappy and understand the mindset of early-stage companies.
