She has over a decade experience in law specializing in intellectual property, specifically trademarks. Nik has also worked at Facebook for almost a decade, first in Intellectual Property Operations and now in sales in the Global Business Group, advising Fortune 500 healthcare companies on their advertising strategy. On average she manages and generates 8 figures per quarter in advertising revenue.

EXPERIENTIAL MARKETING
Jane Hervey is a communications strategist and creative producer based in Austin, Texas. She’s the founder of group work, a boutique studio that helps creative start-ups, arts and entertainment organizations and nonprofits curate compelling experiences, tell stories and create truthful brands online and off. Over the last few years, she has launched a nonprofit, developed festival identities, produced conferences, managed tours, directed photo shoots, created social media personalities and so much more.
She specializes in designing communications strategies and producing events (online and offline) for arts and entertainment organizations, nonprofits and start-ups invested in culture and social good.
Over the years, Jane has worked with a range of people and places—from small businesses and individual artists to projects with Bumble, The Line Hotel, The University of Texas at Austin and Red Bull. In 2015, she founded her own 501c3 nonprofit, bbatx (bossbabes.org), to nurture resources and cultural spaces for women and LGBTQ creatives, community leaders and small business owners in Texas.
Outside of work, she is also involved in different creative communities as a producer and recording artist. Jane likes to lend my time to governmental and NGO coalitions that influence eco-systemic conversations around representation, equity and sustainability in media, tech, business and the arts, too.
Jane’s work has been profiled in publications like Texas Monthly, ADWEEK and Forbes, as well as recognized in the City of Austin’s Women’s Hall of Fame.
OPERATIONS / COO
Christine Lopez founded Blue Chiron with over 25 years of experience in operations, project and production management, workflow design and implementation. She has worked in both agency and in-house environments, managing teams to create integrated campaigns for Mercedes-Benz, Armani Exchange, Absolut Vodka, Verizon, and MillerCoors. Christine believes that a finely tuned workflow produces superior deliverables and maximizes revenue.
CRO x FINANCIAL STRATEGY
Chris Sica went to U. Richmond and while earning a degree in Biochemistry, got his start in sales and marketing by building a sales organization that did over 1mm in revenue before graduating. He then moved to NYC and was the Dir. of Business Development for a fintech startup, Vestorly, that completed it’s series A in 2017. He then saw an opportunity in the college textbook market and built a textbook wholesaling business with reps in 28 states. Not well versed in web development, but needing an app, he moved to Austin Texas and with his co-founder, started his idea of the perfect coding school, Austin Coding Academy. It is the largest coding bootcamp in Texas by students. He is currently the Chief Revenue Officer for The Ronin Society, a consultancy that helps business owners scale using budgets, forecasting, and weekly strategy sessions.

A pioneer in the eBook space, her creative campaigns as Marketing Director for BooksOnBoard included work with a wide array of partners from Tyra Banks, to the Daytime Emmys and Nascar, and helped the virtually unknown eCommerce store grow to be the #1 largest independent eBookstore in the world, #3 overall behind Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
Kana’s diverse experience has ingrained a deep understanding of brand and creative strategy across consumer markets. This insight provides her with the tools to pivot under high pressure situations and create out-of-the-box opportunities for her clients for more impactful business development opportunities. Jane Ko is the blogger behind A Taste of Koko, Austin’s top food and travel blog featuring the hottest restaurants and weekend getaways. A Taste of Koko has been voted best local Austin blogger by the Austin Chronicle in 2018 and 2019 and has been featured in O Magazine, InStyle Magazine, OWN TV Network, and The New York Times.
Koko launched her blog in 2010 and has been doing it full-time since 2015 and has worked with over 300 brands on influencer campaigns like Target, IKEA, Whole Foods, Best Buy, Visit Germany, and more. Tourism destinations include New Mexico, Miami, Michigan, Macau, California, Arkansas, and more.

Elisa is an experienced operator with specializations in growing early stage businesses and communities. She specializes in business development, go-to-market strategy and fundraising. She currently is growing the Data Board, a private community for Fortune 500 executives working in data strategy. She is also a local Director of Founder Institute Austin, a pre-seed accelerator where she has helped graduate 64 entrepreneurs. Elisa has worked at the intersection of technology, education, policy, and community for the last ten years with IBM, CognitiveScale, Galvanize, and the Riveter. When she isn’t advising startups, Elisa spends her free time with her horse Watson and miniature schnauzer, Lola “Potato”.

Polo Aristoy began telling brand stories using data as a strategy consultant with Nielsen, and has since held several senior sales and marketing positions in different fields including Telecommunications, Healthcare and Media.
With a foundation in established global organizations like ESPN, DirecTV and Net Jets, he’s more recently focused his efforts in leading and building out brands and the marketing function in early stage companies and currently works at the VP of Marketing for Austin FC.
