We worked with Sourced founder Tim to do a quick turnaround of 12 branded videos and styled photos over the holidays to create branded content for their client The Glenlivet.

“As we all journey down life’s path, the moments we convene with friends, co-workers, and family are what matter. At Sourced Craft Cocktails, we want to make sure those moments that we gather are memorable experiences, which starts with the first touch point of any event – the bar. We “source” absolutely everything for a flawless cocktail experience conveniently from your phone to your door – the physical bar, licensed mixologists, premium spirits, fresh squeezed juices, homemade syrups, glassware, ice, and more.” From their website. 

The Glenlivet distillery is a distillery near Ballindalloch in Moray, Scotland that produces single malt Scotch whisky. It is the oldest legal distillery in the parish of Glenlivet, and the production place of the Scottish whisky of the same name. It was founded in 1824 and has operated almost continuously since.[1] The distillery remained open throughout the Great Depression and its only closure came during World War II. The Glenlivet distillery has grown in the post-war period to become one of the biggest single malt distilleries in order to keep up with global demand; The Glenlivet brand is the biggest selling single malt whisky in the United States and the second biggest selling single malt brand globally.[2]

Today, the distillery is owned by the French alcoholic beverages company Pernod Ricard, which also oversees the distillery’s production of 5,900,000 proof litres per annum.[3][4] The majority of this – enough for 6 million bottles – is sold as The Glenlivet single malt, with the remainder being used in Pernod Ricard’s blended whisky brands.

Once our team had established the visual branding and voice, we were able to craft a more comprehensive message while helping to build out various aspects of the brand. We are currently moving onto phase 2 of this project — focusing on social media content, website development, and community building.

Go-To Market Strategy

Starting from a higher level — we knew the overall storytelling of Greer Image Consulting had to be tightened up to accompany the very genuine and powerful pillars that the brand was built on. Beyond leading the user or client through a simple menu of Raquel’s offerings, we needed to make them feel the same way they would after spending 30 minutes IRL with this boss babe: empowered, understood, and ready to get out there.

 

Brand Video

Including Video on your website makes it 50x more likely to appear on the 1st page of a search engine results. It also just looks really damn good. One of our first approaches for this project was to bank a solid amount of B-roll footage that we could splash across the Greer Image Consulting landing page. We knew that we wanted to capture the more human and textural/colorful moments that make up a typical styling session with Raquel.

 

Editorial Photography

From the jump, elevating the photography style for Greer Image Consulting was a huge priority. Each image, whether pushed to social or used as elements on the website, was a chance to dive even deeper into Raquel’s abilities. The key here was to capture more of Raquel’s very happy — and confident — clientele, as well as giving Raquel her own spotlight as well.

Web Refresh. 

After building our repertoire of assets for the next phase of Greer Image Consulting, it was time to let them be seen, and to drive each potential client further towards their own moment of self-love in fashion. Our team reworked the overall web flow and visual design of Raquel’s website to bring her style to the screen. We knew a more editorial and overall high-end web structure would not only clean up the site aesthetically, but simplify the path to inquiry that each user would have to navigate.
