She has over a decade experience in law specializing in intellectual property, specifically trademarks. Nik has also worked at Facebook for almost a decade, first in Intellectual Property Operations and now in sales in the Global Business Group, advising Fortune 500 healthcare companies on their advertising strategy.  On average she manages and generates 8 figures per quarter in advertising revenue.

Additionally, she owns, a trademark Law Firm supporting six figure women entrepreneurs in building and protecting their businesses so they can manifest their purpose into profits. Jane Claire Hervey


Jane Hervey is a creative producer based in Austin, Texas. She’s the founder of group work, a boutique studio that helps creative start-ups, arts and entertainment organizations and nonprofits curate compelling experiences, tell stories and create truthful brands online and off. Over the last few years, she has launched a nonprofit, developed festival identities, produced conferences, managed tours, directed photo shoots, created social media personalities and so much more.

Christine Lopez founded Blue Chiron with over 25 years of experience in operations, project and production management, workflow design and implementation. She has worked in both agency and in-house environments, managing teams to create integrated campaigns for Mercedes-Benz, Armani Exchange, Absolut Vodka, Verizon, and MillerCoors. Christine believes that a finely tuned workflow produces superior deliverables and maximizes revenue.

Alejandro Navarro, CFA – Alejandro is a cofounder and CEO of The Ronin Society. With over a decade of experience in investment finance in a variety of portfolio manager and analyst roles, Alejandro brings deep financial expertise in addition to an adventurous spirit to Ronin’s high growth investment strategies. Prior to cofounding The Ronin Society, he worked on a small team implementing investment strategies across $18 billion dollars of assets for a national wealth management group. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder and is an active board member of the CFA Society of Austin. He brings a passion for adventure and building global communities to The Ronin Society. Alejandro earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and minor in Business Foundations from the University of Texas at Austin.





Chelsea McCullough is the founder of MYLK Collective, a boutique PR and digital marketing agency that specializes in telling impactful and genuine stories for hospitality, lifestyle, health and wellness brands. After experience at a PR agency for the better half of a decade, Chelsea started MYLK Collective in 2018 to represent small, local businesses, specializing in personalized PR and proven influencer marketing strategies. Her dedicated approach to public relations, garnering newsworthy narratives and creating memorable moments for local brands in her hometown of Austin is her motivation for helping the companies she represents to grow, flourish, and thrive.

Parker is a full-time brand strategy savant and blatant Aries. Having started in social media management, with a background in psychology and consumer statistics, he’s constantly aiming to couple mission-driven brands to their tailored digital presence. Certified in Facebook Blueprint and Google Ads, he roots his work in analytics just as much as creativity.

Since starting his career in digital at Juice Society, Parker continues to thrive in diverse, female-led work environments. When he’s not jumping between apps or steering content production, Parker spends his time tending to his houseplants and burning through whatever new show just came out.

Ashland is the Founder of Creatives Meet Business (CMB), an event and podcast series in Austin for creatives of all disciplines to define themselves as “artists” and “creatives” AND “small business owners.” She also hosts, produces, and edits the Creatives Meet Business podcast and helps folks one-on-one with goal planning and various endeavors. 

Ashland values collaboration and accessibility of knowledge and information and wanted to create something unique for the community. The result was CMBXP, a three-day conference featuring 50+ workshops that help artists, creatives, and small business owners in real-time with Business, Marketing, Skills Development and Storytelling.

Before founding both CMB and CMBXP and dedicating her time to community building and transformative educational events, Ashland worked in film and production. She has produced several short films including the festival hit “Rat Pack Rat” (Sundance 2014 – Special Jury Prize for Unique Vision, SXSW 2014), and she was a Production Consultant for “TOWER” (SXSW 2016 – Documentary Grand Jury Winner & Documentary Feature Audience Award Winner).  

Concurrent with her work in film, Ashland honed her fundraising, marketing, and event production skills during her years at an arts-based non-profit. Ashland is also the Sponsor Relations Coordinator with the ATX Television Festival and previously served as the Director of Programming for Social Media Week Austin.
